- 5 x Silicone Eartips Pair

- 1 x Quick Guide
Since TOZO is going for a low profile here, we can clearly see why the case looks exactly like that of Apple AirPods 2. To compare, we tried the AirPods 2 Case on TOZO T6, but it was about 2-3 mm thicker. The only distinguishing feature of the case is that it has 4 LED lights to indicate the battery status and no pairing button behind the case.
However, you will notice a difference once you open the case and look at the earbuds. These are in-ear earbuds with a silicone tip at the end, and they look nothing like Apple AirPods.
The other thing that we liked very much about T6 is that they come with 5 additional pairs of silicone tips for your ears, for a total of 6. This might not matter for most people, but it is a relief for those who struggle to have a perfect fit for these kinds of earbuds.
The quality of the case and earbuds felt premium. The earbuds are secured inside the case with the help of magnets and the case lid. We got the white color, and we are confident that it will not yellow out for at least a couple of years.
They are IPX8 water-resistant but not dust-resistant. This means they can handle 30 minutes under water 1 meter deep. As always, we have updated the earbuds to their latest version before testing. Let’s get right into it.
Comfort
I usually have a good fit with the generic-sized ear tips that come preinstalled with earbuds. However, in this case, I felt that the seal was even better.
They could passively isolate outdoor sound without playing anything on the earbuds, which is very good considering that these do not come with Active Noise Cancellation.
The case is quite compact and can easily fit in the little pocket of your jeans. You will have no issues with ear pain while wearing these earbuds for longer hours, like 2-3 hours. They were quite comfortable during our testing.
Sound Quality
Since these are budget earbuds, we are not expecting them to compete with the top-tier earbuds. But as per the price, they performed pretty well in this category.
If you listen to EDMs and bassy songs, you are definitely going to like these earbuds. The lows on these earbuds are compelling. However, not everyone will be pleased with this kind of output.
We found the mids to be normal, but we noticed that vocals and instruments are often pushed back because the low-end bass is high. Despite this, they are quite clear and pleasant to listen to.
The highs are also of acceptable quality and on par with the earbuds in the same range. Overall, we think that if you lean towards the bassy end of things, then this might be a mind-blowing deal for you.
We noticed that these earbuds are so good that you only have to turn them to a maximum of 70-80% volume for everyday usage. In any case, you need the full volume; you will not compromise on the sound output’s quality.
As with all TOZO earbuds, these also come with custom EQ that can be managed using the TOZO app on your smartphone. The standard settings are mostly good for everyone, but if you think the bass is too much, you can select the “Bass -“ preset to get a flat response.
Battery Life & Case
The TOZO T6 lasted about 8 hours after being fully charged during our testing. With this charging case, they can last up to 35-40 hours. These are good numbers for earbuds in this range.
The case has 4 LEDs to denote the battery percentage. Unlike other TOZO earbuds we tested earlier, there is no display. However, this case does not miss any major features, as it supports USB-C charging and Qi Wireless Charging.
App Features
The TOZO app, available for iOS and Android, allows you to personalize your earbuds’ EQ settings, update firmware via OTA, and modify touch controls.
Each earbud features four touch controls: click, double-click, triple-click, and long press. You can assign these actions to Play/Pause, Previous Song, Next Song, or Activate Siri.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the TOZO T6 earbuds offer impressive sound quality, a sleek design, and a comfortable fit, all at an affordable price. With their strong battery life and customizable EQ settings, these earbuds provide a great listening experience.
The additional silicone ear tips and the IPX8 water resistance make them practical for everyday use. Overall, the TOZO T6 earbuds present a compelling option for those seeking budget-friendly, high-quality audio accessories. You can buy TOZO T6 from here.
